COAC’s orientation sessions are offered monthly in both English and Spanish. These sessions provide an overview of the adoption process and how COAC can assist you with becoming an adoptive parent.

MAPP Schedules for 2012

Please call the agency for details and dates. 

MAPP/GPS (Model Approach to Partnerships in Parenting / Group Preparation and Selection) is a required, and very important, part of the preparation process in becoming ready to adopt children in foster care.

In order to attend MAPP, you must have attended an Orientation meeting and submitted a completed application.  The assigned family coordinator will provide you with further information and register you in an upcoming session.
